Digital Downloads
All digital downloads are non-refundable due to their instant and intangible nature. If you experience any file-related issues, please contact us right away. We will work promptly to resolve the problem and ensure you receive your files exactly as described.

USB Orders
Each USB is individually tested before shipment to ensure quality. Returns are accepted only for faulty USB drives within 7 days of delivery.

If the returned USB is confirmed defective after testing, you will receive a 50% refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Alternative Resolution for Defective USBs
All USB orders also include instant digital downloads via our Digital Downloads app, ensuring you have immediate access to your files.

If your USB is confirmed defective, you may choose to keep and use the digital downloads you already received instead of requesting a partial refund. This guarantees uninterrupted access to your artwork even if the physical USB is returned or unusable.
