Digital Downloads
All digital downloads are non-refundable due to their instant and intangible nature.
However, if you encounter file-related issues, we’ll assist you promptly with a resolution.

USB Orders
• Each USB is individually tested before shipment.
• We accept returns for faulty USB drives within 7 days of delivery.
• If the USB is confirmed defective after re-testing, we’ll issue a 50% refund.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Alternative Option (if USB is defective):
• Email delivery (up to 5 MB per file), or
• Private Google Drive link to your image set.
