Digital downloads are high-resolution JPG or PNG files delivered by email instantly after checkout. You receive a ZIP file with your artwork and no physical shipping is required. USB hybrid bundles include both a physical USB flash drive and the instant digital download. Your download link is emailed right away, and the same files are preloaded onto a USB drive that is shipped to your address. Each product listing clearly states whether it is a digital-only item or a USB plus digital hybrid bundle. Please review the description carefully before placing your order.

📨 Shipping Information

Digital downloads are delivered instantly by email with no shipping fees and are available worldwide. USB flash drives contain the same digital files on a physical device. Orders are processed within one to two business days and shipped via standard lettermail without tracking. Shipping within Canada is charged at a flat rate of CA$4, while shipping to the United States is charged at a flat rate of CA$8. Delivery within Canada typically takes three to nine business days, while delivery to the United States takes four to eight business days. Tracking and courier upgrades are not available. Your digital files are always delivered instantly by email for backup access.

Returns are accepted only for defective USBs within seven days of delivery. If the USB is confirmed defective after testing, a fifty percent refund will be issued.
