How do digital-only listings work? When you purchase a digital-only listing, you will receive a high-resolution JPEGs or .PNG containing the artwork. No physical item will be shipped. These files are intended for personal use and can be used for printing, display, or digital projects.
Where do I get my download? After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a download link. If you created an account, you can also access your files anytime by logging in and visiting your order history.
What formats do the images come in?
Currently, digital downloads are delivered in PNG format at 1024px resolution, ideal for screensavers, light digital use, or creative exploration. We’re in the process of upgrading all collections to 2048px high-resolution JPEGs. If you prefer JPEG format for printing or higher-quality display, just send us a message after your purchase—we’ll happily email you the JPEG versions. We accept returns on physical USB orders if the item arrives damaged or doesn’t work. If this happens, just contact us within 14 days of delivery — we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly. Refunds are not available for digital downloads, since files are delivered instantly and can’t be returned. However, if you experience any issues with the files (like download problems or corrupt images), please reach out — we’re happy to help.
