DMCA Notice – Copyright Protection

All artwork is original and protected by copyright law. Redistribution, reproduction, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. We actively enforce DMCA protections to protect both our work and our collectors.  

What’s the Difference Between Digital Download and USB Listings?

  • Digital Download: Instant access to high-resolution .PNG or .JPEG files after purchase. 
  • USB Drive: Your selected artwork is preloaded onto a USB flash drive and physically shipped to your address. 

Each product listing clearly states whether it is a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD or USB DRIVE. Please review carefully before placing your order.  

Shipping Information – USB Orders Only

  • USB orders ship within 1–3 business days via tracked shipping. 
  • We currently ship USB products to Canada & the USA only. 
  • Digital downloads are delivered instantly via Etsy after purchase — no shipping required. 

🔁 Refund & Return Policy

Digital Downloads

All digital downloads are non-refundable due to their instant and intangible nature. However, if you encounter any file-related issues, we’ll assist you promptly and provide a resolution. 

USB Orders

Each USB is individually tested before shipment. We accept returns for faulty USB drives within 14 days of delivery. If the USB is confirmed defective after re-testing, we’ll issue a 50% refund of the purchase price. Please note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

Alternative Option (if USB is defective)

If your USB is confirmed faulty, we can alternatively resend your files via:  

  • Email (up to 5 MB per file), or 
  • A private Google Drive link to your full set of images 
Important Notes

We are not responsible for damage caused by mishandling after delivery, including:  

  • Unsafe ejection 
  • Physical damage 
  • Improper storage or use 

Can I Switch Between Digital and USB After Purchase?

Unfortunately, purchases cannot be converted between formats.  

  • Digital download purchases cannot be converted into USB shipments. 
  • USB orders cannot be converted into digital downloads. 

Please confirm your preferred format before checking out.

All artwork is sold for personal use only, such as:  

  • Personal prints 
  • Gifts 
  • Non-commercial display

How Are USB Drives Tested?

We use professional diagnostic tools to perform full read/write and stability tests before shipping every USB. This ensures your files are delivered on a reliable, fully functional device.
